Sauvignon Blanc
We immediately knew this was a special Sauvignon Blanc when we tasted it with Bernd. A textbook wine with notes of grass & freshly cut green pepper, a palate of gooseberries & green fruit brought together with zingy acidity. Its crispness matches well with creamy sauces especially in fish dishes, but is also a good match with sharp, crumbly goats cheeses. A classic thirst-quenching aperitif.
