Christmas Cakes
This award winning Christmas Cake is truly delicious. The vine fruits are soaked in Cherry Brandy for up to a month before making, instead of candied peel there is candied papaya and there are no nuts in the cake, only walnuts on top. It is mouthwatering. Enjoy with our dessert wine or a cup of tea and even goes very well with a good piece of strong cheddar.
